Gold for OffTEC: Website relaunch receives TYPO3 award

Jubilation throughout the whole of Germany – from the North Sea to Bavaria. “This is simply fantastic”, says a delighted Klaus Loesmann, commercial director at OffTEC, Europe’s leading wind industry training centre. The Enge-Sande based enterprise won the international gold award for the best website of the year 2017-2018 in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) category. Loesmann celebrated this milestone of corporate communication today with the agencies Wiechmann Voss GmbH of Hamburg, and Visionbites GmbH of Munich, who developed das concept, copy and design and implemented the programming.

Gold for OffTEC - Respect the Elements
The awards have been given by the TYPO3 Association since 2015 for especially “creative and user-friendly websites”. At Berlin’s Admiralty Palace, the Who’s Who of the international TYPO3 community celebrated the best projects realised with the free content management system TYPO3 CMS. The newly developed OffTEC website Respect the Elements reflects the company’s image as a highly qualified, technically excellent provider of safety training through its catchy design and technical sophistication. The website’s comprehensive course module enables OffTEC’s existing and prospective customers to research, reserve and book all the safety and technology training courses for the most varied requirements.
 
OffTEC, based in the North Frisian town of Enge-Sande, is Europe’s most unique training centre providing realistic safety and rescue courses and technical qualifications for the wind and maritime sectors. Situated 150 km north of Hamburg, OffTEC offers courses in all four elements, fire, water, air and earth, at all levels of difficulty and in one location.
